Appointment Types
Psychiatric Evaluation
All new clients begin with a 60-minute intake to review your concerns, history, and goals. We’ll discuss options and next steps together.
Medication Management
I offer ongoing medication support through 25-minute follow-ups, with a focus on careful monitoring and shared decision-making.
Psychotherapy
In some cases, I offer integrative therapy alongside medication management. I draw from IFS, CBT, mindfulness, and relational approaches.
Lifestyle-Based Support
When helpful, I also provide support around sleep, energy, movement, nutrition, and stress management.
Ketamine Therapy
For clients who may benefit, I prescribe oral ketamine in collaboration with trained therapists in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. We’ll determine together whether it’s a good fit.
Initial Evaluation $485
A comprehensive evaluation to understand your history, symptoms, and goals. The session lays the foundation for our work together.
Fees & Insurance
Follow-up Visit (50 min) $375
A psychotherapy session tailored to your evolving needs and treatment goals, with the option of medication management.
Follow-up Visit (25 min) $250
A shorter session designed for medication checks and adjustments, ensuring optimal treatment efficacy and tolerability.
I’ve chosen to remain an out-of-network provider. This allows me to offer more personalized care, spend additional time with patients, and incorporate integrative treatments that are often not covered by insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits (typically through a PPO plan), you may be eligible for reimbursement.
