About Me

I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner offering virtual care to adults living in New York. I specialize in integrative psychiatry, reproductive psychiatry, and ketamine therapy. My path into psychiatry was shaped not only by academic training, but also by personal experiences navigating mental health care — some helpful, others frustrating. That perspective has stayed with me.

When I started my practice, I aimed to provide the kind of care I wished I had received: respectful, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s needs and values.

My mental health has greatly benefited from a mix of medication, mindfulness, yoga, and ketamine therapy. These elements, which have been pivotal in my recovery, inform the treatment options I offer. I advocate for the use of psychiatric medications as part of a broader, holistic treatment plan rather than as isolated remedies. At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to fostering trust, openness, and a truly patient-centered approach to mental health care.

My Approach

I take an integrative, patient-centered approach that blends traditional treatments (such as medication and psychotherapy) with complementary strategies, when appropriate — including sleep, movement, nutrition, and mindfulness-based tools. I often work in coordination with therapists, acupuncturists, doulas, and other providers when clients find it helpful.
